本规范说明本服务允许与禁止的用途。使用本服务即表示你同意遵守本规范。This policy sets out what this service may and may not be used for. By using it you agree to comply with it.
1. 本服务是什么 · What this service is
TouchToken 提供 AI 音频分离的技术处理：把你提供的音频拆分成伴奏、人声、鼓、贝斯等独立音轨。本服务仅做技术处理，不提供、不分发、不授权任何歌曲、录音、词曲或艺人声音。
TouchToken provides AI audio processing: it separates audio you supply into stems such as instrumental, vocals, drums and bass. We perform technical processing only. We do not provide, distribute, host or license any songs, recordings, compositions or artist voices.
2. 你必须拥有权利 · You must hold the rights
你只能上传你拥有合法权利、或已获得权利人授权的音频，例如：你自己的录音与演奏、排练与现场录音、你已获授权的伴奏与素材、已进入公有领域的作品。下单前的勾选即为你对此的确认。
You may only upload audio you have the legal right to process — for example your own recordings and performances, rehearsal or live takes, backing tracks you are licensed to use, or public-domain works. You confirm this with the checkbox shown before each order.
3. 明确禁止 · Strictly prohibited
禁止将本服务用于：处理你无权使用的受版权保护的素材；规避技术保护措施或从流媒体平台抓取内容；制作用于冒充他人的声音；生成或传播违法、侵权、仇恨、暴力、色情或欺诈内容；侵犯他人肖像权、人格权或隐私；任何违反所在地法律法规的用途。
You must not use this service to: process copyrighted material you do not have the right to use; circumvent technical protection measures or extract content from streaming platforms; create voice material intended to impersonate another person; produce or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, violent, sexual or fraudulent content; violate anyone's likeness, personality or privacy rights; or for any purpose unlawful in your jurisdiction.
4. 违规处理 · Enforcement
我们有权在无须事先通知的情况下，对违反本规范的订单与账户采取限制、暂停或终止措施，并在法律要求时配合权利人与主管机关。权利人如认为内容侵权，可通过页脚的联系方式与我们联系，我们会及时处理。
We may restrict, suspend or terminate any order or account that violates this policy, without prior notice, and will cooperate with rights holders and authorities where legally required. Rights holders who believe content infringes their rights may contact us using the details in the site footer; we will act promptly.
5. 责任归属 · Responsibility
因你上传的素材或对处理结果的使用而产生的版权、肖像、商业等纠纷与法律责任，由你自行承担。本服务的处理结果不附带任何版权或商业使用授权。
You are solely responsible for any dispute or liability arising from the material you upload or from how you use the output. Output carries no copyright grant and no commercial-use licence.
